Return & Refund Policy:
If a product is purchased from Tempest Board Company and the customer is not completely satisfied, they should contact the head quarters at 626) 441-5820 for a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days after the date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened in the original box with all the manuals, documentation and
registration, the company will exchange it or offer customer a refund based on their original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Tempest Board Company warehouse within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns and exchanges.
Product Warranty:
All Tempest Board Company products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defect in materials and
workmanship. The product warranty is good for defective and damaged products.
